Case Manager
Remote. Pay: Discussed at interview.
About the role
After a client signs, you are their regular contact. You follow their treatment, collect what the file needs, and keep the case moving toward a demand.
What you will do
- Call each client on a regular schedule and note how treatment is going
- Open claims with insurers and confirm coverage
- Collect police reports, photos, bills and records
- Keep the file's status current so an attorney can read it in a minute
- Tell the attorney early about gaps in treatment, coverage problems or an unhappy client
- Get the file ready for the demand when treatment ends
What we ask for
- Two or more years managing a caseload, in personal injury or a similar field
- Fluent spoken and written English, with a patient phone manner
- Organized: many open files, each with its next step
- Comfortable talking to insurance adjusters and medical offices
- A quiet place to work, a computer, a headset and a reliable connection
Good to have
- Pre-litigation personal injury experience in the United States
- Spanish
- Experience with property damage claims
Schedule and time zone
Remote. You work the business hours of the US law firm you are placed with, so expect a US time zone (Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific). The exact shift is agreed with the firm before you start.

Contract
This is a contract role. You work as an independent contractor through Inquire2Esquire, on the firm’s hours.
