Legal Marketing Assistant
Remote. Pay: Discussed at interview.
About the role
You help a law firm get found and get reviews: posts scheduled, pages updated, emails sent, and a simple report of what brought in leads.
What you will do
- Schedule social posts and keep the firm's profiles current
- Update website pages and publish blog articles
- Build and send email and text campaigns the firm approves
- Ask happy clients for reviews and track the replies
- Keep the list of lead sources accurate
- Report monthly on leads, cost and signed cases by source
What we ask for
- One or more years in a marketing support role
- Clear written English, with care for spelling and tone
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and simple reporting
- Able to follow advertising rules that apply to lawyers once you are shown them
- A computer and a reliable connection
Good to have
- Experience marketing for a law firm
- Basic design or video editing
- Spanish
Schedule and time zone
Remote. You work the business hours of the US law firm you are placed with, so expect a US time zone (Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific). The exact shift is agreed with the firm before you start.

Contract
This is a contract role. You work as an independent contractor through Inquire2Esquire, on the firm’s hours.
